I think is highly unlikely any PoCT vendor is able to apply for a Tender with a TGA unproved device.
So we can all do our own research, which unfortunately means we need to do our own research, here is the link to the NSW Government "Vendor Engagement Rules Point of Care Testing" and this is the tender process "Process for PoCT Tenders (925), Evaluations and Applications"
The PoCT Tenders (925) process has had a supplementary tender added to it "NSW Health / HSSP_HC18_925 Supplementary Tender for Rapid Antigen Testing - HSSP_HC18_925 Rapid Antigen Testing", presumably in response to COVID.
And some more stuff about the (925) dates here on page 5 "Medical Portfolio | Contracts and Category Manager Contact List"
