I've submitted a formal complaint to the ASX addressing some of my key concerns:

1. Low liquidity and coercive manners to get minor shareholders to sell on market before the takeover thereby depressing the share price.
2. Continuous negative portrayal of business performance despite the business having great potential and relatively upbeat actuals
3. Bennamon's previous takeover attempts and Takeover Panel's actions regarding a potentially misleading and coercive disclosure.
4. Lack of fair divestment opportunities post delisting
5. Unclear sale facility and limited recourse, problematic price discovery
6. Bennamon's ability to vote in the EGM
7. Complications with unlisted assets and superfunds (where I have some of my holdings)
8. Prejudicing minor shareholders with the cost to manage and attain information about the ongoing performance of the company.

There are many more points to be made, these are just some of the key ones that are particularly problematic.
