I'm speculating now?
Sorry that all the references and backup to reinforce the argument were not there..
It is a very simple matter indeed
Neil's, communicating on behalf of QBL, has said no shares at 2.0c.
The only thing he hasn't specifically said is that the item was a typo but he's confirmed it by saying the above - you can't confirm one without inferring the other. You're asking for him to declare that there will be no share issue at 2.0c WHICH HE HAS DONE. If one cannot read between the lines to draw the aforementioned conclusion I truly do worry.
Can you now use some facts to back up your point of view? Unless it's full speculation, which in its current state, I believe it is.
Also, again - there is no capacity to issue shares at 2.0c as it is counteracted by other specifications under the waiver at (B)(i).
On a practical note, the primary item I see (aside from the 2.0c error) regarding item (D) is the time-frame stipulation for issuing of the securities at (D)(ix-i). Otherwise there is no time-frame for re-compliance transactions to complete and this would carry on indefinitely without intervention. I believe that's the reason for 14.7 inclusion. Let me know if, aside from the 2.0c typo, you read otherwise.
