It's because the condition 2 needs for the shares being quoted for listing/re-listing to be atleast 20cents, so this "not to be at least .2 per share" is the stupid way to type "The 20 cent minimum is being waived for this quotation of shares" by stupid i obviously mean the "technical" way for it to be written.
i pointed it out on monday as well that the ASX have a typo (i) The securities must be issued no than 24 March 2019.
The ASX might of been suffering from mondayitus????
