It's good to see some movement and as a long term support/holder and with the rocky past of announcements that everything that was said in the last prospectus has been accurate and true so far.

They are getting the waivers to re-list under the standard of .20c/share among other restrictions

Yes no one can be right about everything - life has taught me that it I get things wrong and I get them wrong often enough to keep me working on improving.
And yes, I do like to questions motives. In my opinion, motive and past behaviours are very good predictors of future behaviour - in my opinion. I have said it on many occasions that there was a poster named Happycats (aka HCGhost) who posted on this stock some few years ago now. I used to think he was just negative for the sake of being negative. Turns out he wasn't just being negative as he called out and questioned the bauxite announcements and the operations of QBL. In 2014 he referred all pro QBL posters to the 2011 schedule of works and made the point that they were not very well advanced despite a stream of announcements.
Also there were many posters who would routinely hammer Happycats and post pictures of launching rockets, Lamborghinis, pictures of cash, etc. and this pearl. Obviously
@seastan67 didn't think much of Happycats at the time.
I thought his photo was funny though! It's a shame but people don't seem to post this stuff anymore - I thought some of it was very witty - at times.
I would thoroughly encourage all posters to read this entire page (link below) - it is very instructive - in my opinion. You may notice that it is only the posters names seem to have changed and now its MM and not bauxite.

One of Happycats posts actually made me look very thoroughly into the rail and port facilities that QBL claimed they would ship their bauxite ore through - I was absolutely staggered. The capex alone (leaving out state government regulatory permissions etc.) required to facilitate the undertakings would have been very considerable in my opinion. I posted about this some time ago.
I followed Happycats posts on a few other stocks and he seemed to really know his stuff. He was very passionate at times - I suppose. He had a large following on HC and he also had some strong detractors. Not sure what happened to him? He probably burned out because of the rubbish he copped for calling things as he saw them - who knows? Someone said he moved to another forum.
