    Thats my thinking too! Can you wind up a company when its solvent and no directors in court over scandals? when did we vote to end this company if they have funds and after the coming CRASH, there will be so many good cheap companies to buy up. Hello? The ASX , ASIC....... Mad Mag!! allows cashed up company to fold and hand out 1c on the dollar to lesser SH's after Creditors have taken all the good cash?
    I so enraged, i have to take it out on any innocent person within batting distance!!
