I'm pretty sure this has been posted already, but I just don't see how we can move past this...
I am genuinely curious to know how this is not illegal (attached). it sounds to me like CRO management contracted a company to manipulate the share price. And not only that, they double down to say they thought it wasn't price sensitive information....
The contract with Kaai was literally about the shareprice.
What am I missing about the legality of this? Anyone with a clue, maybe some experience able to explain? I'm not trying to accuse, I'm just genuinely curious to know.
