Its like someone is despo to find a way to slow down the buying, seems weird for this to come out at this point and time yes, the thing is its basically nothing to consider worrisome at all but normally it does have a negative effect
You could have cappers sifting announcements collecting all and any info they can use when they choose to make a noise about it, when it suits, to me this has come out at a time that suits.. lets see if it has any effect even though its nothing
