With fast-moving technology -- you don't stand back and let everyone else own the market for 2-3 years while your bank runs dry, you sell shares for cheap, and you console yourself that you're play some abstract long game. With tech it's not an advantage to arrive 5th or 6th in the market, no matter how many app downloads you scored in (cough) Cyprus and Oman.
