Ann: ASX determination in relation to Listing Rule 7.1, page-6

Wow!

This is huge news. I'm a bit surprised the masses haven't been jumping for joy on here about this.

1.) Didn't disclose a critical clause in the Con Note while asking Shareholders to vote on it.

2.) Over issued shares to the tune of over 780 Million.

If we look at the timeline, the first EGM, and subsequent EGM, would have seen the current Board voted out if these shares were not issued.

During that time The BOD and Peter have been taking salaries. spending a vast amount of money in court rooms and on legal fees. They also took out a loan with Lind. See ANNs and accounts for exact amounts.

I would say, and I'm no expert, The BOD are bricking it. The legal cases that ASEAN and PET will bring to the BOD now will be

There is no longer an "alleged" breech about it. The ASX have found them guilty of breeches (interestingly we have not been given the exact report handed to Aura) and Peter writes in a very dismissive tone in my opinion. Getting the report from the ASX would be very interesting, what else is in it? When was it given?

I would say wait for further ANNs now. There will be lots happening internally now. A challenge in court would be very likely to overturn the EGM results and have the true results upheld.

This U Stock has been a case study for both Bulls and bears, and the wider market.

The tide has certainly turned and I think it's very clear who Shareholders need to support from here and vote for in the AGM.

Hint: It's not the current BOD and Peter.
