    Yep, absolutely. Failure to disclose an update to shareholders from the ASX, after the last announcement claimed we would be delisted at commencement of trade today, and we get crickets!?!

    We may well hear something later, but that would be hours past the time it should have been announced - IMO.

    Shareholders have suffered enough!
