the outrageous part is that they can be talking to shareholders about this as fact when actual shareholders are not allowed to hear from the company or does ab1 even know?

if you read the court papers on isx vs asx you can really start to see how the asx behaves it is perhaps for the better that ab1 move to somewhere else but would love to know what the next steps are
