Of course it would likely be much better scenario for the Company to have free access to their shares so they can continue to accept new investment capital and structure transactions while using their stock price as currency!

It is probably a much bigger handicap for them having restricted shares rather than a potentially lower share price if market conditions or other influences pull down the price.

Hopefully they have already identified a new potential exchange to migrate to if a delisting were to occur...
