I really don’t know what the market was expecting when BKW raced about $25
Okay so the building supply business didn’t pass through price increases fast enough and higher rents will go through but not until tenants renew. I am okay with that
If I didn’t have so many shares I would be nibbling now and or waiting for post dividend for a better entry point
