Agree the classification is inappropriate- however I think that LIC would also not describe it as they are not passive investors.
It is becoming a difficult definition even IT companiescare not all.one thing but many things. remember yhe days when Nvidia was really graphics. Now it is AI chips , other learning chips etc etc even think software plays a role.
So I think there is a thematic company - BKW to me is a property developer, a property investment an JV as an industrial landlord leasing compsny and a building supplies company. The SOL investment is the onlynodd one out. The rest is everything property related.
