Thanks for sharing. Nice watch, here are my key take aways from the video:
1.) Slight language change from in talks with several different companies to "well advanced" Term sheet discussions are taking place. 2.) New option for SC administration and to be completed in parallel with phase 2 of IV administration. 3.) While licensing is mentioned, TO continuously uses the word partnering, which (to me) further supports our hypothesis that the deal will be co-developed. Opposed to just selling it outright. Comment from TO: "Well advance to partner and finance". Again seems like we'll be along for the ride. 4.) Non-binding term sheet has been signed for Ad-Cella (already know this from previous announcement). No further comment on when this becomes binding
Overall comment: Nothing crazy new. I would imagine TO isn't legally allowed to give any indication around timelines, nor do I believe he'd want to set the goal posts for himself. 7 months now since "talks" commenced so the same slide pack with a few changes doesn't instil the most confidence given the radio silence we've received.
Will hold or die, unfortunately not enough to make me want to increase my holdings.
Will be interesting to see how the AGM turns out but I have a feeling he will just be paraphrasing everything he has just said.
