Yep I agree with you on that. It really come down to the deal that they make.
Perfect example with RAD and appreciate the insight. If a deal were to be struck in the same manner then personally that would be a big red strike against TO. Obviously if phase 2 is successful we will never complain about it again but personally, a deal that adds no value to the share holders other than moving to phase 2 means another 1-2 years of no share appreciation.
If this were the case, I would sell upon open and cut my losses and look to enter again when results were drawing closer.
Considering the number of CRs that were completed at 10c+, I would imagine the spotlight would be on TO to get some of that value back.
He has been consistently harping on about getting back value on the 45 mil that has been invested in AD-214. A deal to just cover costs does not do that. One can only hope that he means what he says that there are mutiple term sheets being discussed, which should hopefully mean there is some competition.
Only time will tell
