Ann: ASX Grants Confirmation in Respect of Listing Rule 6.1, page-9

I don't quite get the distinction between the Primary & Secondary performance Target. As far as I understand if they achieve the primary target ($100 million revenue by 2020, is somebody smoking something here?) then the secondary is also fulfilled by default & I have no problem with the performance shares becoming real shares.

However if they dont achieve the Primary performance target but do achieve the secondary taregt what then? Do they still get the shares.?? 25% annual growth from $8mill will not get anywhere near $100mill by 2020? Gigantic difference between Primary & Secondary targets, I'm perplexed.
