How is it that we can create a blo@#y mountain out of a molehill. When we were told of the "impending" date we had about three weeks of slack built in. Simple mathematics! So it is not "mission critical", is it?

OK so if the person dealing with it is away and we have to wait a fortnight, so what?

And sure, they get a phone call about an important issue so would we not expect them to be a bit cautious??
