I agree, regardless of your status you should comply and I should have said "suspension" to indicate the relevance.
The problem I alluded to is simply this. The ASX can suspend you if you do not comply with the listing rule requirements. So if you are already "suspended", ...?
Yes, it would be good to get the Qterly today but, in the circumstances, it is neither here nor there, IMO! The important thing is that relisting WILL occur - you can put your house on that, IMO!
