At one of the company sh meetings some years ago, I asked the question about the security of our OSMR.
I was told not to worry, patents etc would take care of that.
Nonetheless I am still very cautious about this happening by stealth, change of company HQ, we have seen a drop in Aussie directors, next a move to the states and viola (change of ownership by takeover) and OSMR is lost to Australia!
Let’s hope it won’t be lost to the long term shareholder?
Atm I trust them.
