there is an article in AFR about Goodman selling something for $700m odd to a U.S. player and a local fund Rest…not sure where exactly ( Syd and Melb) but mention metcash plus also Amazon …I am not a subsriber

with respect to values…..I wouldn’t take any notice of one poster here with a “cool” name….
with respect to valuations, some risk I guess with industrial property but how much more new development can they lease?… @timbowls ?Do you know…that’s a good post btw
assuming theyhave a good bit more to lease, is demand still hot?

can’t understand them selling that Hub collection, though I don’t know what was in it….if new or near new there’s no point I reckon due to the skyrocketing cost of building

BKW been ok for us long termers, but I nearly bought some Goodman at 12 bucks under a couple years ago it seems but bought more of these …Goodman far superior
