As I understand, and please correct me if I'm wrong, this sector (Goodman & REITS) comprise above 20% of the total index. (Obviously Brickworks is not a REIT). That is a fairly significant portion of the Australian index and I doubt many non etf investors hold anywhere near that weighting in their portfolio's.
