This doesn't apply to Goodman which trades at a lofty valuation (which it's earned through long term outperformance and correctly choosing to specialise in favourable areas of the property market such as industrial sheds and now data centres!) but for those of us that look at investments through the lense of value rather than growth I reckon beaten up REIT'S look pretty compelling. I've played this through increasing my BKW exposure and building up a position in DXC in the past 14 months.
