I’m mainly in large cap LICs, which only have a small exposure to real estate.
I hold a couple of the bigger REITs (not GMG) as well as some individual stocks to balance the portfolio (giving an overall exposure to real estate of just under 10%).
BKW starting to look interesting, but not where I’d like to buy in just yet.
