I questioned that as most of its income was coming from that area of the business should it be seen as a de facto type REIT?
(REITs don’t seem to be liked by a section of the market. Still l like them and no have 6. I have no complaints and don’t care).
it’s return reportedly has been 14% for 25 years and it has not cut its dividend for 49 years. I have seen it as as a sub unit of SOL adding more diversification to the main entity.
l don’t see it as a stand alone business l would have rushed to invest in.
yes the SP of BKW flops around more than SOL making it much easier to add. SOL l long since gave up waiting it just added more. yes l remember threats to go overseas and winging about power. All good.
