The sale of M7 Hub continues to be unusual.
1. They are not even close to being over-levered.
2. They sold to Goodman who are the smartest guys in the room regarding industrial assets.
3. They sold at a discount to book value.
BKW is no longer cheap though and the easy gains from industrial values will be gone for a number of years.
