At first glance I was appauled, but on closer reading and review of the timeline and how the shares were acquried, I do not see a problem. I also do not think that the charity will be receiving too much of a donation based on the SP performance over that period
The shares have been sold, no impact going forward. It might happen again, but next time they'll ask for shareholder approval, which no doubt will be approved anyway.
