Not a chance that the CR will be above $0.25 IMO. My guess is that Mr Chen backed out of the deal to invest the $2.5m. It’s also my guess that MTC we’re going to use the temporary COVID capital raising rules to raise as much on market as they could, but, did they get the announcement out in time considering the ASX rules changed again on the same day MTC went I to a trading halt? Have MTC snookered themselves here, might they end up with no Mr Chen and a smaller CR well below the $0.25?
