Yes but every business I have been involved with has a few non performers no matter how good. The issue is do you fix it (and it business resignation is the usual way rather than “you are fired”) or do you take no action. This is absolutely par for the course - DYOR on any successful business and it is about taking action. This is just the way it is. A red flag is when you don’t rectify.
