And sometimes good workers have personal things happen and they have to move on. You cannot read into things like this and make assumptions about why someone resigned. You certainly shouldn’t be implying they were fired when you don’t know.
Hank said on linked in that he resigned because he wanted to spend more time with his family. I see no reason whatsover to doubt that is the truth.
