Agree re your comments Kenji - it is just a compliance issue. The quagmire of compliance requirements has tripped up many a company secretary - par for the course given the complexity and obliqueness of requirements. BTW....I noticed that Amaero now has a new Company Secretary, Laura Newell. (appointed 24th March - and was effective immediately post resignation of Mark Licciardo) Just a few weeks ago.
