You'd think a company would have gotten proper financial and legal advice before making the big decision to relist on another countries stock exchange.
Another decision they have made themselves without being professionally informed and another waste of money.
At least in this case the money spent to enter the LSE is likely legit.
Not like their other so called investments in foreign countries that seemed to mysteriously fail/disappear. It is very hard to follow the money in other countries such as Israel, Malta, Slovenia. Money continually vanishes with this entity.
Anyone know where their Australian Registered Office is now located. They have to have one. I thought they shut their Subiaco office down.
