So this is how I think it played out
ISX/SP1 received a Calderbank offer from the ASX to settle, sometime after the security for costs
Why would ASX do that unless worried?
ISX/SP1 didnt pay the security, as they were 'negotiating'
From JK's tweet, it looks like ASX pulled a stunt and couldn't help themselves
In the meantime
ISX/SP1 has the Visa stuff nailed to its satisfaction
ISX/SP1 has ASX on the back foot with privilege claims
The ASIC case will be heard Feb, and definitely before ASX, which will be devastating for ASX if/when ASIC loses
ASX has called on its insurers, which is in contrast to the "not material" statement
the ASX tried to join a non-party., Who? Can only be JK, which is very very odd
JK has played them for the idiots that they are. Meanwhile, the trolls here were thinking its no cash that's the problem
My bet - the security is paid within the week
