Absent seeing the orders being sought, I suspect it to be an application dealing with the security monies (with a supporting affidavit). Unlikely that the proceedings would be dismissed as there is a triable issue but the Court will remind the Applicant that stay orders don't extend forever (noting that the $2.69 was ordered to be paid by 25 July). Correspondence would've already passed between the parties on this issue. An ASX shot across the bow. It should get a listing date.
