Look. I've been a supporter and forced holder of ISX from the start of all of this. So i'm not really wanting to convey FUD for the sake of it. But if ISX think they have a good chance of a half a billion dollar case, then surely this is a no-brainer. If they do a whip around of the hat asking shareholders to stump up some more cash it sends a message of lack of confidence regardless of how small the contribution would be.

This announcement itself destroys confidence in their narrative.

Either drop the case and focus on the business OR stump up the cash and pay the security. Anything else is a very unsatisfying way forward.
