"Southern Cross Payments Limited (SP1) as First Applicant is currently in discussion with the other three Applicants about lodging that sum. A further announcement will be made once agreement has been reached about the extent to which SP1 will make or contribute to that lodgement."

I guess the discussions between the applicants are still ongoing. Oh well, I'm sure the 500m slam dunk will continue soon, just ironing out things between the entities (all controlled by one man).
