I would recommend you educate yourself on the origin of that "skin in the game", and then ask yourself how aligned you actually are with Karantzis.

I'd also question whether the binary outcomes of the litigation will change anything. The assets are in Cyprus housed a new entity, no obligations were entered in to list those assets on an exchange or ever pay you a dividend. It could happen, but I don't see how those "binary" outcomes mean you'll certainly derive value from the company.
