I am satisfied with my working knowledge of the history of ISX and ISXF.
The consequences of any litigation afoot is not the binary outcome to which I am referring. Sure, Karantzis will need to mentally deal with those outcomes if they go against him, but he no longer does any business in Australia according to his twitter feed.
I am saying that if Karantzis makes ISXF a success, then shareholders win. That is the binary outcome. We can't always choose our circumstances.
