The ISX/SP1 v ASX case is no more so there is no timetable to follow there. With it goes the $2.7M security for costs payable along with the $500M claim that was, until recently, being robustly pursued. It's a walkaway with each party to bear their own costs of the proceedings to date.
As mentioned on another thread ASIC v ISX & Anor commences late Feb 2023 in the Federal Court. It will be heard in Melbourne.
