    What an ultimate f-up. So what happens now if shareholders vote against ratifying these extra shares that the company issued?! Which why the hell wouldnt you vote against it, voting for it is just making more dilution.

    Seems to be another company now thats just going to stay suspended until delisted. Josh runs away with his bags of cash, shareholders lose everything. Where is JR and Rizz? Future was so bright
