Sounds to me like a classic example of the majority of no cash Lithium hopefuls, A CR coming but whilst we await for that, the price falls to below 2 cents, then 1.5 cents, then 1. 1 cent then into oblivion and then a CR?
Note to self- Do NOT buy penny stocks with little to NO cash !
