I think it is worth noting that the ASX didn't go as far to say that "GSW is / has been compliant with the ASX Listing Rules". Rather, the ASX confirmed it was reinstating GSW having received a statement from the Company that the Company was compliant. I would think it'll be sometime yet before GSW is filed away in the ASX's / ASIC's respective cupboards and starts collecting dust.
