Hopeful--you are spot on----this is NOT the ann that caused the trading halt----in Iress a second ann after the 1.35pm ann states that the trading halt still remains.As i said in a previous post i think the bulk of the shares were issued to either the lender as an establishment fee or to an off-take partner---my money is on a off-take partner---which gives shareholders a win-win----we get the SHIP up and running plus we have a customer that will continue to buy FAS iron ore as they will share in the profits---all this is IMO only.
