An unsigned document, crammed with spelling and punctuation mistakes is not "the biggie we are waiting for".
Constant disclosure rules would assume that we were informed that there WAS a problem, however I don't recall ever seeing an announcement that alludes to this.
Maybe weeks end will bring a copy and paste of the same document entitled "Annual Report"
