    Shockingly late disclosure. FAS failed to tell shareholders that receivers took the whole $1 million tax rebate back in July. This is a very substantial transaction for the company. The statement says this is not price sensitive and is also unsigned. Wouldn't trust these guys to run a goat farm - yet alone an ASX listed company.
