You feel sorry for Madhu!
I agree.
It is terrible to see him on the receiving end where he has been only too happy to let shareholders swing these last years.
I bet his demands far outweigh actual contribution.
He was in charge of company finances. - He is now effectively taking legal action against a situation which he is responsible for.
In fact it was probably not possible to do this until he resigned so this is probably all contrived with KR's blessing.
These guys need to be investigated.
Hope he never gets a cent!
