I have done my homework and am quite proficient at it, as opposed to your post reading abilities.
Never did I say Brewer ran either company on his own.
I know the ins and outs of both companies and which usual suspects were/are affiliated with both companies.
And thanks for the tip about information being easily found these days. I discovered this thing called the internet.
