I just logged on to Westpac investing and after 12:00pm when the shares started trading (and that way the shares were then worth something not zero) I went to my holdings and accounts - selected the transfer tab and then entered the issuer sponsored details from the statement Pathfinder sent in September.
It was supposed to take up to 4 days but they were in my chess sponsored account by the afternoon. There’s no conspiracy here regarding restrictions of trading, everyone should be aware if they read everything sent to them that they were issuer sponsored that’s all.
Caveat for this is your chess name and address details must match your issuer sponsored details EXACTLY or you need to manually transact- happened to me before with Medibank IPO when they used my middle initial not full name - what a mission, had to fill out extensive paperwork to rectify that.
