I'm on NABTrade so it will be different, but a post from BlueCloud earlier includes the steps for Commsec earlier (I've tried to quote their post below, hopefully it works). The steps mentioned are similar that what I did on my platform and mine has been completed now.

I like to use Commbank to access my Commsec
Select Portfolio - Holding- transfer- issuer sponsor holding
choose From : share registry
To: Holder Name
Select Yes
Enter SRN number and answer subsequent questions
Then submit and all done and wait for 2 business days.

if you access thru commsec, go to service centre and choose transfer and repeat above. Good luck
